I always say that making money online isn’t hard – but it requires hard work. Hard work like trying to find out the best way to do certain things and how to really expand, and succeed. If I had to start all over again I’d do a lot of things differently – and I mean a lot of things. But we all have to suffer our own setbacks to really appreciate how far we’ve come. (Or so I’m told at least;-) So here’s what I would do if I was completely new to making money online.
Submit Blog to Search Engines – You want your blog to get ranked, so you need to submit it to search engines. You want the larger, more popular search engines like Yahoo and Google to crawl your blog. This doesn’t guarantee a spot in top ranking but it helps greatly. There is more work that needs to be done to get that top ranking you want.
But don’t just limit yourself to Google! Search anywhere people can talk about you– online blogs, news sources, forums, social media sites, etc. Making a plan to ensure you control page one of Google’s results and other sites was the most important part of taking control of our online presence and turning our reputation around. If this seems too daunting or you find you don’t have the time manage Google’s first page of results, you may want to hire a reputation manager to help you get this fine tuned like we did.
Most bloggers don’t know any programming languages and are not “techies”. Starting a blog is one of the easiest ways out there to start a website. If you haven’t started one yet, why not try it? It can be very quick to set up and can be completely free.
Your blog title is one of most relevant aspects of your blog because “the title of your blog is the name of your blog and it is what appears as the clickable link to your blog on search engines”. Before putting up a blog title, you’d need to do proper keyword research to get an idea on the popular keywords that people are actually searching for. Also, ensure that your Fixing domain also appears in your blog title. Google Adwords, Word Tracker or Market Samurai are great tools that can handle keyword research for you.
Its enough because top blogs gets updated by their owners pretty often so just following them and learning in their footsteps are usually enough. Refer often and do the same actions in your own blog too.
It takes a village to raise kids and blogs for moms can become your village. By tapping into the online community of other mothers, you can raise your beloved babies, school kids, and teens successfully.
