Business Blogging – 7 Reasons Self-Hosted WordPress Blogs Could Save Your Business

Because of curiosity and my love of all things Internet related, more than three years ago I attended a bloggers’ get together. When asked if I had a blog, my answer was that “I do so much writing already, why would I ever need or enjoy creating a blog?” Since that memorable evening I read a few blogs, but still felt no desire to have one of my own. And then, it happened! I was bombarded by glowing reports of the importance of and marketing payoffs of having a blog.

YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL APPRECIATE REGULARLY HEARING FROM YOU: You see, Blogs today have this great ‘comment’ facility which means your people – your customers – can ask you questions and give you valuable feedback almost immediately. This is almost like a ‘chat’ system, and is quicker than email. Forget about having to manipulate your source codes, Blogs make this unnecessary. Blogs have an amazing comment system that allows your customers to immediately post feedbacks and queries. And that’s what service on the net is all about today – quick responses, dependable advice and getting what you want, when you want. Now. And Blogs can do it.

Teenagers were the first large group of people to use blogs. Blogging became a favorite past time between the years of 2000 and 2004. Teenagers still blog, but adults have caught the blogging fever as well.

Find New project in a specific niche. For example, I do publicity consulting for a number of industries. But I’ve written guest posts for blogs that reach specific verticals – like medical, pets, bridal, and crafting communities. Even though these blogs don’t have a ‘big’ reach in numbers, the niche audience and content matched so well that I gained plenty of new fans.

It does take time to set up a blog and it takes effort. It takes time to list the blog in the blog directories. The trick is, as with any WebSite to see if you can get some important “niche” and “original” information into your blog. That will let it stand out to the search engines. Search engines today are putting a great deal of emphasis on “original content”, as can be seen just from the many article submission sites that have become much more stringent in their article acceptance process. Non-original content does no one any good. So put “original” content into your web Blog.

It will always require some effort to actually make money. This is true for every successful Internet Marketer out there, and almost any other really rich person. They had to work to get to that point and become successful. They also had the right tools and knew how to use them. You can’t be successful in anything without the right tools, and that especially goes for internet marketing. Although there’s a lot of bogus internet marketing “systems” out there, a few of those systems actually work and give you the right tools you need to be successful. One of these systems is discussed in my blog, which I’ll include a link to in the resource box. Feel free to check it out after reading this article.

The more traffic you drive to your articles, blogs, and websites, the more money you will make in the end. You can apply these strategies today and see how they work out for you. If you do it right, you will be successful. If you’re interested in investing in a proven marketing system that can truly help you start making online sales the right way, there’s a very helpful system that I talk about in my blog. I will include a link my blog to in the resource box below. Thanks for reading and I hope this helps.
