King Taco In Long Beach

Lately in Wellington, Florida (one of South Florida’s many popular areas), I have been eating a lot of flavorful burritos. I think I have tried all of different styles for burritos and have decided to move on to tacos! I was initially very excited. If tacos were even half as delicious as the burritos I had been eating recently then I was in for a treat. In retrospect though, I was wholly unprepared for what followed. I have never had a taco taste as good as the Mediterranean taco before in my life! I don’t know what I was expecting, but this was not it!

The worse thing though is not only the fact that these myths are widespread, but that these diet myths, when practiced, have adverse effects on the body.

Listen closely: that’s “mole freckle”. She is saying “mole freckle”, right? We think so. We hope so. Look, we’re not really fans of internet videos featuring precocious babies saying or doing precocious things– they’re usually just about eight pounds too “adorable” for our taste– but this one actually made us laugh out loud. Now if there was just some way to shorten that phrase with an acronym…

Instead, choose lean meats and eat them in moderation. Opt for low-fat meat cuts such as flank steak, tenderloin, sirloin tip, pork tenderloin, beef round steak and extra lean taco recipes. Serving size should only be three ounces.

I used about 2 lbs of chicken (bone-in simply because that is all I had) with an onion and a bit of red pepper, plus some chicken broth and spices. Cooked perfectly in 15 minutes. I just had to remove it from the bone and shred it and it was set to be served. I adhered to a slow cooker recipe that stated to cook it on low for eight hours, but I utilized the pressure cooker function for 15 minutes and it was juicy and yummy. I can’t recommend this item enough.

I cannot say cooking is a passion of mine, but I do love to cook and bake. When I do cook, I sometimes cook alone, but most of the time I am helping someone else cook. I am still learning the ways of cooking, as I do not know a lot about cooking, and have only recently begun cooking. What I do know about cooking is not much. I cannot name all of the things I can cook or things I can do cooking wise. I do not know all of the terms, but I do know that I can brown meat, make spaghetti, and make recetas de tacos, and a bit more.

After diagnosis, find the best way to help your child accept the fact that there are certain foods that he or she cannot eat. The book, “Mommy, What is Celiac Disease?” puts the focus on what the child can still eat, as opposed to what she now cannot. Try to keep that focus going. Attitudes of parents, siblings, friends and relatives will be important as well. It will be much easier for the child – now and later in life – if family members and friends can accept celiac disease and the gluten-free (G-F) diet as a way of life.

“In honor of Thanksgiving, here’s the funniest clip from ‘Planes, Trains, & Automobiles’ (with video)”– in which we look at the funniest scene in the funniest Thanksgiving-related movie ever made, Steve Martin’s “Planes, Trains, and Automobiles”. Caution: salty language follows, folks.
